Standing along side our former Governor Jeb Bush who said he's committed to the ideal of America being a Land of a Second Chance, as expressed by the President of the United States at his 2004 State of the Union Address and he said, "When the gates of the prison open, the path ahead should lead to a better life."

BCMI has taken a holistic approach of Case Management, Prayer, Counsel, Life Coach Mentoring, Referral Service, Needs Assessment, Sponsorship, Collaboration with other organizations, a willingness to make a difference in the lives of God's children, and a strong desire to build faith, self-esteem, goal setting, manageability, business owners, gainfully employed individuals that will lead a better life and not reenter the County, and or State of Florida's jails or prisons systems.
